All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail with tracking unless otherwise requested and all items will include insurance provided by a 3rd party service provider or the USPS, depending on how the package is shipped.
I cannot and do not guarantee shipping once it leaves my location. I put tracking numbers on every purchased item and will do my best to locate your package in the event it doesn't arrive. I will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages or for packages held up in customs and refunds will not be given for lost or stolen packages unless it is because of a shipping error on my behalf.
Any customs taxes/fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
My policy is to sell only quality products to my customers and to advertise each item honestly. I strive to make each customer happy and will try to resolve any issues that may arise. My specific refund policies are as follows:
I will happily refund any damaged items upon return receipt of the item within 15 days of purchase. Or, you may choose to have the item replaced with a "like type" item. Once again, I must receive the damaged item first.
If the item you received does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 15 days with an explanation and your refund will be reviewed.
Custom order refunds will be reviewed on an individual basis.
If you order a product made using base metals (i.e., copper, bronze, gold bronze, rose bronze, white satin metal clay, etc.) please understand that some people's skin reacts to it and turns green. While I seal all pieces with a protective sealant to help prevent this from happening, I do not guarantee your skin will not react. I will not issue refunds on any base metal products unless the item is defective (and your skin turning green is not the cause of a defective product). In addition, base metals may patina or change color over time. The sealant helps to retard this process, but I cannot guarantee it will not happen and refunds will not be issued for this reason either.
Refunds will be given for the price of the item - SHIPPING COSTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED unless the item is defective upon receipt.
